After searching around, I've finally found a website that hosts these surveys/questionnaires and I've decided to upload mine. So, it is now much easier than passing my copy of MS Words around and emailing it back to me. ^^ To those who have already answered them, don't worry, you don't have to answer them again (although if you feel like doing it again, by all means! LOL. It would make it easier for calculations as well, haha!) .

Just pass this link around! Paste it in your LJ, in your Facebook, in your MySpace, anything! Everyone's identity will be anonymous, as with all surveys. I've set a date for this online version, so when it reaches the date, it would be closed automatically. Thank you for helping me out!
